What Is the Favorite Videos Feature?

The Favorite Videos feature enables you to save specific video clips from your Video History, making them easily accessible later. Whether it’s your pup’s cutest bark, a playful zoomie, or a special alert—save the moments that matter most to you!

Note: If your subscription is canceled, your saved Favorite Videos will be deleted.

Where to Find Your Favorite Videos

Once you’ve saved videos, you can tap the videos icon on the bottom part of the Furbo app homepage, find them in the Favorites tab, located in your Video History, next to the All tab.

• If no videos are saved yet, you’ll see a message guiding you to start saving.
• A red dot will appear when new videos are added to your favorites since your last visit.

How to Save a Video to Favorites

There are two easy ways to save a video:

Option 1: Heart Icon

• Tap the ❤ icon on the video thumbnail (in list or player view).
• A message will confirm: “Added to Favorite”.

Option 2: Menu Option

• Tap the three-dot (⋯) menu on the video.
• Select “Add to Favorites.”

Your saved video will appear instantly in the Favorite tab.

How to Share Your Video History

1. Go to your Furbo app’s home screen and select the type of Video History you wish to view (Favorites, All, Barking/Meowing, Activity, Person, Selfie, or Emergency).
2. Scroll to choose the Video History clips you wish to save.
3. Tap the “ELLIPSIS” icon (⋮) that you wish to download on your Furbo app.
4. A pop-up message will appear; tap “Share” to share your Video History.

How to Remove a Video from Favorites

You can also remove videos at any time:

• Tap the ❤ icon again to remove from Favorites.
• To multi-select:
  
  1. Tap the trash icon on the upper right corner of the page
  2. You can choose the videos that you'd like to remove.
  3. Tap the remove button on the bottom right corner of the page.
  4. Confirm the removal of Videos.
• If the video is over 24 hours old, removing it will delete it immediately.

Saving Limit

You can save up to 50 videos. If you try to add more:

• You’ll see a message:

  “You’ve reached your limit of 50 saved videos. To save a new one, please remove an existing favorite.”

  

• Tap “Remove Videos” to manage your saved clips, or “Cancel” to dismiss.
