How to Reset Your Password

Option 2: Follow These Steps in the Furbo App

1. If you are logged in to the Furbo app:
   • Open the Menu page.
   • Go to Account.
   • Select Logout.
2. On the login page:
   • Tap “Already have an account? Sign In”.
   • Tap “Forgot Password”.
3. Reset your password:
   • Enter your registered Furbo email address.
   • Tap “Reset Password”.

You will receive a password reset email to create a new password.

Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues

1. Didn’t receive the reset email?
   • Check your Spam or Junk folder. Sometimes, email providers mistakenly flag automated emails as spam.
2. Still can’t find the email?
   • Double-check if your Furbo account might be registered under a different email address. You can try entering an alternate email.
