Troubleshooting Common Issues
If the power accessories used are not compatible with the required specifications or if there is a poor connection, your Furbo Mini may experience issues (such as no lights turning on, or the status indicator remaining white for an extended period).
1. Unstable Connection
- Ensure the cable is securely connected.
- Check the port and slots are not loose or bent, and reconnect the cables.
- Try plugging your Furbo into another outlet.
- Try another cable instead of the original cable, or try another adapter instead of the original adapter to verify which accessory may have a problem
2. Power Issues (Mini no light, or consistently white light)
- Verify that the power adapter and cable match your accessory's requirements.
- Check for any damage to the cable or connector.
- Test the accessory with a different power source or cable.
- Try another cable instead of the original cable, or try another adapter instead of the original adapter to verify which accessory may have a problem
3. Accessories Appearance Obviously Damaged
- Please stop using Furbo and unplug the adapter from the power outlet to avoid any crucial incident occurs, once you notice either cable or adapter appearance has been damaged already (such as chewed on cable)
- Offer one-time cable replacement if your Furbo is under warranty. Please contact us as soon as possible. If your Furbo is already out of warranty, you can purchase it via our Amazon official store or find a replacement which fits our specification.
