Choppy speaker sound
- Try to replug your Furbo Mini.
- Close the Furbo app completely, reopen, and try again.
- If the issue persists, check if your video feed is smooth and continuous during live streams. If your video feed lags, please contact our Support Team immediately.
Echoes or repetitive screeching sound
- This issue occurs when your Furbo Mini microphone can hear the sound coming out from the Furbo app on your Smartphone. This will happen if you are standing near your Furbo Mini while holding your Smartphone with the Furbo app live streaming. To solve this issue:

- Step away from your Furbo Mini.
- If you have to stay near your Furbo Mini, lower your Smartphone's volume to zero.

- If you are not near your Furbo Mini, but experiencing this issue, close the Furbo app completely and try again once you reopen the app.

- If the issue persists, please record a live stream video and contact our Support Team immediately.

Furbo app on your smartphone has no sound
- Check if the Furbo app has full permission to your Smartphone; go to "Provide App permission on your devices" for more information.
- Check whether your phone is on silent mode. Putting the phone on silent mode, especially IOS devices, will mute the app's live view.
- Adjust the volume of your smartphone.
- Close the Furbo app from the background, reopen, and try again.

Furbo Mini's speaker is not working
- Check if the Furbo app has permission to access your smartphone's microphone; for more information please see "Provide App permission on your devices".
- Make sure to press the mic button and wait for the yellow mic animation before speaking.
- Close the Furbo app from the background,reopen, and try again.
