If your Furbo Nanny service has expired or has been deactivated, you may follow the steps below to reactivate it.
- You will see the expiration notification. Click “Subscribe” to resubscribe.

You can login to https://furbo.com/acc using your Furbo email and password to manage/reactivate your subscription.

Check the Furbo Dog Nanny License Expiration Date
If you want to check the expiration date of your Furbo Nanny subscription, please follow the steps below.
- Go to your Furbo app’s home screen, tap the “MENU" button (☰) on the bottom right.
- Tap "Account".
- Click on the Account page. You will find the Furbo Nanny subscription information here.
