Smart Alerts will notify you whenever Furbo Camera spots a person, notices that your pet is active, or records a cute selfie of your pet's face.
Note:
*Turning this feature on/off will only affect the notifications on your mobile phone. Your Furbo Camera will still continue to record cloud videos.
* For Possible Vomit Alert (New): While the AI is continuously evolving and improving, there might be occasional false alerts triggered by activities such as bowing their heads on a patterned carpet, experiencing changes in light and shadow, or placing a toy down. We are dedicated to refining the system to minimize such occurrences. Additionally, please be aware that there is a possibility that Furbo Camera may not detect every episode of vomiting, but we are actively working to enhance its accuracy.
Here are the steps on how to turn it on/off:
1. While on your Furbo’s homescreen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the lower right corner of your screen.
2. Choose the Furbo Camera you wish to modify.
3. Go to Smart Alerts.
4. Tap the switch on the type of notification that you wish to turn on/off. Blue means its turned on.
Availability of Smart Alert may vary depending on the type of Furbo camera you have. For your reference, here's an overview of Smart Alert availability per product type.
Please note that:
Smart Alert Notifications will notify you every time there is a Home Emergency Alert. Other types of Smart Alerts are sent once every 30 minutes.
Please make sure that your Furbo app has permission to send notifications to your mobile phone for you to get alerts. You can go to "Provide App permission on your devices", for the steps on how to allow permissions.
