Things to take note of:
- Furbo Camera ’s placement. For best performance, we recommended placing your Furbo Camera 60cm to 120cm off the ground.
- Adjust the placement of your Furbo Camera. Make sure it is not facing the light directly.
- For Possible Vomit Alert (New): While the AI is continuously evolving and improving, there might be occasional false alerts triggered by activities such as bowing their heads on a patterned carpet, experiencing changes in light and shadow, or placing a toy down. We are dedicated to refining the system to minimize such occurrences. Additionally, please be aware that there is a possibility that Furbo Camera may not detect every episode of vomiting, but we are actively working to enhance its accuracy.
Please check whether miss detection happens on all events (Barking/Meowing Alert, Activity Alert, Person Alert, Selfie and Emergency):
Missed detection on all Events:
- Unplug and replug your Furbo Pet Camera.

Reset WiFi settings from your Furbo app. (Please observe for the next 24 to 48 hours before going to the next step)
- Go to your Furbo app’s home screen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
- Choose the Furbo Pet Camera you wish to reset.
- Tap “Reset Wi-Fi”.
Specific Events:
If the issue happens on one event only, please follow these steps:
1. Take note of the time of Occurrence.
2. Go to settings and turn off the Furbo Camera using the On/Off feature
3. Upload Debug Log: In order to analyze this issue further, we need to collect logs from you, to do this, please follow the below steps:
- Open the menu page in the app [☰]
- Tap Account
- Tap your email 8 times until you get a confirmation message "debug is enabled"
- Go back to Home to refresh and Open the menu page again
- Finally, tap "Upload log"
- Once done, you can then tap "Hide Debug Tool"
