To get started, you’ll need:
A smartphone (iOS or Android)
Your Furbo Camera
A WiFi connection (2.4GHz only)
⚠️ Note: Furbo only supports 2.4GHz WiFi networks. It does not work with 5GHz.
Identify Your Furbo Model
Look for the model number printed on the sticker at the bottom of your Furbo to identify which device you’re setting up:

Setup Instructions
1. Download the Furbo App
iOS: App Store
Android: Google Play Store
2. Plug in Your Furbo
Connect the power adapter.

Wait for the indicator light to show:
Furbo2 / Furbo2.5: Solid green
Furbo3, FurboCat, FurboMini, Furbo Mini 360°: Blinking yellow
3. Create or Log In to Your Furbo Account
Open the Furbo app
Tap “New Furbo User” to create an account, or log in to an existing one
4. Choose Your Device
Select the Furbo Model that matches the model number of your device.
5. Connect to WiFi
Choose your 2.4GHz WiFi network
Enter your WiFi password
6. Follow the Prompts in the App
The app will guide you through the remaining setup steps
Once setup is complete, your Furbo is ready to use!
