If your Furbo Cat Camera is showing a discolored video feed, the night vision function may not be working properly.
First, try to replug your Furbo Cat Camera, and try live streaming. If the issue persists or you are not at home to access your Furbo Cat Camera, you may try the steps below:
1. Reset the night vision mode on the Furbo app, for more info go to "Set Color Night Vision"

- Go to your Furbo app’s home screen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
- Choose the Furbo Cat Camera that you wish to modify.
- Tap “Night Vision”.
- Turn off the night vision.
2. If the issue is fixed, you may turn the Night Vision ON or set it to AUTO.
3. If the issue persists, and you have not tried unplugging your Furbo Cat Camera, please try re-plugging your Furbo Cat Camera.
4. Rest wifi Settings:
- From your Furbo app's home screen. Tap the "☰" icon on the lower right corner of the screen.
- Under Camera Settings, tap the Furbo Cat Camera that you wish to reset the WiFi connection.
- Go to "Reset WiFi".
- Your Furbo app will start going through the setup process.

If your live view looks too dark when night vision is turned on, please adjust Furbo Cat Camera’s placement, and make sure there are no objects next to Furbo Cat Camera. Objects next to Furbo Cat Camera may reflect the light, and make the background darker.
