What is PiP and how does it work?
Picture-in-Picture (PiP) allows you to minimize your Furbo live view into a smaller, movable window that remains visible on top of other apps. This way, you can continue to monitor your pet’s activity without interrupting your current tasks.
How to setup on Furbo app
1. Open the Furbo App and go to the settings page.
2. Toggle Picture-in-Picture ON (available to Nanny subscribers and trial users).
3. If prompted, allow permission in your device’s system settings.
4. Start Liveview and return to your home screen to activate PiP.
Note: If PiP doesn’t appear immediately (especially on some Android models like Samsung S25U), wait 3–4 seconds after returning to the home screen.
How to activate PiP on your device
On iOS:
1. Open the Furbo app and start Liveview.
2. Swipe up to return to your home screen.
3. A floating window will appear automatically.
On Android:
1. Open the Furbo app and start Liveview.
2. Tap the Home button.
3. The floating window will appear with controls.
Note: Some Android phones (e.g. Samsung S25U) may delay showing the PiP window. If it doesn’t appear right away, wait 3–4 seconds.
