Furbo now lets you interact with your pet even more easily through Nanny Chat! You can use simple text commands or tap on quick-action bubbles to play calming music or toss treats to your pet — all without leaving the chat.

Play Calming Music

You can help soothe your pet by playing calming 528Hz music directly from your Furbo.

How to Trigger Music Playback:

Type “Play music” in the Nanny Chat.
Click the “Play music” chat bubble.

What Happens:

Furbo plays a 1-minute track from a randomly selected calming playlist.
Music plays from the Furbo that’s currently active in Live View.

System Responses:

If the command is a Success: “🎵 Perfect! Your pet is enjoying the music. Want me to check their activity or share a tip?”
If Furbo is Turned Off: “Oops! Your Furbo is currently turned off. Please turn it back on so I can play music for your pet!”
If Furbo is Disconnected: “Oops! Your Furbo lost its connection. Please check your device and try again.”
If Furbo is Unsupported: “Oops! Music isn’t available on this Furbo model. Try switching to a different device if you have multiple Furbos connected.”

Toss a Treat

Surprise and reward your pet instantly with a treat from Furbo via Nanny Chat.

How to Toss a Treat:

Type “Toss a treat” in the Nanny Chat.
Click the “Toss a treat” chat bubble.

What Happens:

The treat will be tossed from the Furbo that’s currently active in Live View.

System Responses:

If command is a Success: “🦴 Treat tossed! Your pet should be enjoying their snack right now. Want me to check their activity or share a quick tip?”
If Furbo is Turned Off: “Oops! Your Furbo is currently turned off. Please turn it back on so I can toss a treat for your pet!”
If Furbo is Disconnected: “Oops! Your Furbo lost its connection. Please check your device and I’ll toss that treat for your pet!”
If Furbo is Unsupported: “Oops! Treat tossing isn’t available on this Furbo model. Try switching to a different device if you have multiple Furbos connected.”

Things to Keep in Mind:

Only one action (music or treat) can be triggered at a time. If you send multiple commands quickly, wait for the first action to finish.
A “Stop music” feature is being supported for manual interruption.
These features are not available on older or unsupported Furbo models (e.g., Furbo Mini, Furbo Dog Camera_Non Rotate version).

Troubleshooting Tips

If your Furbo doesn’t respond, check:

Is your Furbo turned on?
Is it connected to Wi-Fi?
Are you using a supported model?
