Introduction
If you’ve changed your Wi-Fi settings or moved your Furbo to a new location, you’ll need to connect it to the new network. You can do this easily through the Furbo app — no need to press the reset button.
Note: Do not press the reset button located underneath your Furbo. Doing so may prevent proper troubleshooting and setup.
Getting Started
Follow the steps below to reconnect your Furbo to a new Wi-Fi network:
-
Plug in your Furbo. You should see a blinking blue light.
-
Open the Furbo app and go to the Home screen.
-
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the bottom right corner.
-
Select the Furbo camera you’d like to update.
-
Tap “Reset Wi-Fi”.
Your Furbo will now begin the setup process.
-
Once your phone connects to Furbo via Bluetooth:
-
Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list.
-
Enter your Wi-Fi password.
-
Wait for Furbo to reconnect.
-
Additional Information
-
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on during the process.
