How Does It Work?
The Furbo Mini 360° Camera uses variable reward training, meaning it dispenses a different amount of treats each time. This mimics natural training techniques and keeps your pet excited and motivated to interact with Furbo.
Getting Started
Loading Treats
- Lift the wooden cover on top of your Furbo Mini 360.
- Place your pet’s treats into the container.
Tossing Treats
- While live streaming, tap the treat icon or swipe your finger across it to toss a treat.
- To enjoy a full-screen view, tap the live stream to hide the treat button.
Different Amount of Treats Tossed
Furbo Mini 360° Camera’s treat-tossing was designed according to the methods of variable reward pet training. This means that the Furbo Mini 360° Camera will dispense different amounts of treats each time.
Giving rewards (treats, kibble, etc) in varying amounts is more stimulating than giving the same amounts of treats each time. This keeps your pets excited and engaged with Furbo Mini 360°!
How to Clean Your Furbo Treat Container
- Wipe the container with a damp cloth for easy cleaning.
- The wooden lid is designed to protect against pests, insects, and mold.
- ⚠️ Avoid rinsing the container with water, as it may damage the circuit board inside your Furbo Mini 360.
- Make sure to dry it with tissue or a dry cloth to avoid mold
Treat Toss Helper
When the Mini 360° detects that a treat is stuck, it will automatically activate the Treat Toss Helper. At this time, the Mini 360° will vibrate for about 3 seconds to help loosen the jammed treat.
Therefore, during this process, hearing the device vibrate and feeling it shake is a normal operating condition.
