You can link up to 10 Furbo cameras to a single Furbo account.
If your account has an active Furbo Nanny subscription, all cameras connected to that account can have access to the Furbo Nanny features for an additional $2/month.
Only Furbos purchased after August 2017 can be setup into one account. If you have an older version of Furbo, you can chat with our support team to know more about how to upgrade!
See the instructions below:
1. While on your Furbo's home screen, Tap the (+) icon just under the livestream window.
2. Choose the correct type of Furbo model that you wish to setup.
3. Your Furbo app should start searching for the Furbo 360 Dog Camera device in setup mode (Blinking Yellow light). If you're having issues getting past this step and getting an error, go to Error Message: 'Can't connect to your Furbo' for more help.
4. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect your Furbo 360 Dog Camera to. Please ensure your Wi-Fi is set to 2.4GHz only in the router settings. If your router is dual-band, kindly disable the 5GHz temporarily, as Furbo only works with 2.4GHz.
5. Enter your Wi-Fi password, and wait for a few minutes while your Furbo is being set up.
