This is the error message you might receive if your Wi-Fi password was incorrectly entered while connecting your Furbo to your preferred network during setup.
- Make sure you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Furbo can only be set up to household Wi-Fi connections that only ask for a password as security. Wi-Fi connections that require a username and password to connect may cause Furbo set up to fail.
- Try to restart your home Wi-Fi router and try again.
- If the issue persists after step 2, do a hard reset on your Furbo. You'll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the 'reset' button on the back of your Furbo (see the image below). While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20 seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green. Try to set up again.
