To ensure the rights and interests of our users, the Furbo team has introduced a new feature in the Furbo app called "Delete Account." This feature allows you to decide whether to retain your Furbo account and associated information.
You have the flexibility to delete your account whenever you choose. However, it's important to note that by deleting your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Personal details
- Camera settings
- Doggie Diary
- Cloud Recording videos
- Cancellation of Furbo Dog Nanny Subscription, including the removal of any remaining subscription days
Before You Delete Your Account
If you’d like to keep any saved videos, please download them to your mobile device first. Once your account is deleted, stored videos will no longer be accessible.
How to Delete Your Furbo Account
- Open the Furbo app
- Tap the ☰ Menu on the Home screen
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will enter a frozen status
- During this time, your account is inactive but can still be restored
- You have 7 days to reactivate your account if you change your mind
- After 7 days, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and can no longer be recovered
- If you are subscribed to Furbo Nanny, subscription will be automatically cancelled.
