To Enable the 2-Step Verification:
For New Customer
You can activate the 2-Step Verification upon your initial setup.
- While on your Furbo’s login page, tap the “New Furbo User”.
- Enter your desired email and password.
- Tap “Sign Up” once you’re all set.

After creating an account, activate the 2 step verification for added security.
- Click continue to send the verification code to your email.
- Go to your inbox to get the verification code, enter the code and click Submit.
For Existing Customers
1. Go to the home screen of your Furbo app, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
2. Go to "Account".
3. Tap "Two-Step Verification"
4. Tap the switch to turn on Two-Step Verification.
5. Tap "Send Email" to send the verification code to your email.
6. Enter the verification code.
7. Tap "Submit".
