If your Furbo app crashed or stopped responding, it would either suddenly close and go back to the main menu, or it could get stuck trying to load. Try the following steps to restart your Furbo app:
- Restart the Furbo app by closing or deleting the Furbo app on your smartphone and re-launch it.
-
Make sure the internet connection on your smartphone is stable. If not, turn off your mobile data or Wi-Fi, and turn it back on.
- If connecting via Wi-Fi, check and see if your other devices are connected. If not, restart your router.
- Uninstall the Furbo app from your smartphone, and re-install it.
- If, after reinstalling the Furbo app, the Furbo app still crashes or does not respond when you use it, make sure that your smartphone has enough free memory to run apps. Try installing your Furbo app on another smartphone, preferably with the same operating system (Android or iOS) to see if the app crashing or unresponsiveness is caused by your original smartphone.
- Restart your smartphone.

Check if you have any Antivirus Apps installed on your mobile. If so, try to disable it.
