Switching to a New Phone:
If you've changed your mobile phone, you can easily continue using your existing Furbo account. Follow these simple steps:
- Open the Furbo app on your new phone.
- Tap "Already have an account? Sign In."
- Enter your email address and password linked to your Furbo account.
- Tap "Sign In" to access your Furbo account on the new phone.
Note: If you forget your password:
- Open the Furbo app.
- Tap "Forgot Password."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
- Check your spam or junk mail folder if you can't find the password reset email.
- If you've changed your email address, update your Furbo account with the new one.
Changing the Email Address Associated with Your Furbo Account:
To update the email address linked to your Furbo account, follow these steps:
- Locate the MAC ID of your Furbo. It's on a sticker label under your Furbo device. For reference, you can check the screenshot below:
