How to activate Your Nanny Bundle Furbo if you are an existing user

If you already have an active Furbo Nanny subscription and recently purchased a Subscription-Required Furbo, this guide will walk you through how activation works and what to expect with your subscription.

Before You Get Started (Important to Know)

Subscription-Required Furbo cameras are sold as bundle devices. This means:

• Subscription-Required Furbo cameras are specially priced and designed to be activated together with a new Furbo Nanny subscription during setup.
• Even if you already have an active Furbo Nanny plan, a new subscription is still required during setup for the newly purchased Subscription-Required Furbo.

Good news:

You won't be charged for two active subscriptions. After activation, your subscriptions will merge automatically. Instead of two separate Furbo Nanny plans, your remaining subscription time will be combined into a single plan, extending your overall expiration date.

Who This Applies To

• You are an existing Furbo Nanny subscriber
• You purchased a Subscription-Required Furbo (commonly via Amazon)
• You want to add the new Subscription-Required Furbo to your existing Furbo account.

Subscription Requirements

To have Furbo Nanny service across all your Furbo devices, you must be on:

• Standard Plan, or
• Premium Plan

If you’re currently on the Basic Plan, you’ll be prompted to upgrade during activation.

Setup your Subscription Required Furbo:

1. Identify Your Furbo Model. Look for the model number printed on the sticker at the bottom of your Furbo to identify which device you’re setting up

2.  Log In to Your Exsisting Furbo Account
   • Open the Furbo app
   • Tap “New Furbo User” to create an account, or log in to an existing one
3. Choose Your Device. Select the Furbo Model that matches the model number of your device.
4. Follow the Prompts in the App
   • The app will guide you through the remaining setup steps
   • Once setup is complete, you will need to activate the subscription.

Via Live View Page

1. After setting up your Furbo, you will encounter this message upon entering the live view page:
   
2. Click "Upgrade now" to manage your account. 
3. If you are currently on a Basic plan, you will be required to activate the Standard or Premium Plan to ensure you have Furbo Nanny service on all of your Furbo devices.
4. Choose a plan, then, click Next.
   
    
5. Select billing duration
   
6. Then, checkout.
