Refer a Friend Program

The Refer a friend program will offer discounts on Furbo devices for your friends while you enjoy Free Furbo Nanny!

How does it work?

Any friend you send our way will receive the lowest price guaranteed for friends and family by applying your referral code at checkout when they first purchase a Furbo 360° Camera, Furbo Mini, or any Subscribe & Save Yearly or 2-year plans on furbo.com. 

As a thank you, you will receive 60 days of free Furbo Nanny for every successful referral.

You can refer as many friends as possible and redeem up to a year of free Furbo Nanny.  Rewards must be claimed within 1 year of being issued.

When referring friends, please keep the following in mind:

• Your referral code must be applied BEFORE your friend completes their order; it can’t be applied after placing an order.
• Your referral code only applies to the listing on furbo.com
• You can share your code multiple times, and with every successful referral purchase, you can enjoy 60 days of free Furbo Nanny.
  • • Earn up to 1 year of free Furbo Nanny, limited to 6 rewards redemptions per year.
    • Reards must be claimed within 1 year of being issued
• Your referral code can’t be combined with other discount codes.
• Your referral code may only apply to new users.
• Your referral code can be used abroad.

How do I refer friends?

1. Tap the Menu (☰)
2. Tap “🎁 Refer a friend”
3. Tap “Copy” next to your referral code or “Share now” to share with your friends.

How does a referral discount work?

1. Your friends should buy directly from Furbo’s website on furbo.com and should have your referral code on hand.
2. The referral code must be added to the Discount Code field on the checkout page to apply the discount.

How can I view and redeem my reward?

Reminder: Each successful referral gets you 60 days of free Furbo Nanny! You can redeem up to 6 rewards every year, and it resets on January 1st. The reward must be claimed within 1 year of being issued.

• Tap the Menu (☰)
• Tap “🎁 Free Furbo Nanny”
• Tap the “My rewards” tab. This page will show you your active, redeemed and expired rewards.
• Tap “Claim now” to start claiming your referral rewards.

What counts as a successful referral?

A successful referral is when a friend new to Furbo purchases a Furbo 360° Camera or any Subscribe & Save yearly and 2-year plans on furbo.com using your referral code.
