What is the International Pet Day campaign?
This special campaign lets eligible Furbo users receive a personalized AI-generated “Pet of the Year” portrait of their pet.
To join, you’ll need to complete your pet profile and finish the required activity during the campaign period.
Once qualified, your portrait will be created and delivered during the portrait release dates.
How to join
Step 1: Complete your pet profile
Before you can start the campaign, make sure that at least one of your pet profiles is complete in the Furbo app.
How to do it:
- Open the Furbo app.
- Go to your pet’s profile.
- Fill in any missing details.
- Save your changes.
Step 2: Start your 3-day streak
After completing your pet profile, save your favorite videos for 3 consecutive days during the campaign period.
How to do it:
- Open the Furbo app.
- Go to your video history or recorded videos.
- Select a video you want to keep.
- Tap Save Favorite Video.
- Repeat this for 3 days in a row.
Step 3: Watch for campaign progress updates
During the campaign, you may receive reminders or progress updates in the app to help you stay on track.
What you’ll receive
Once you qualify, you’ll receive a personalized AI-generated pet portrait featuring a premium “Pet of the Year” design.
Your portrait may include:
- Your pet as the star of the design
- Your pet’s name
- A polished, magazine-style look
- A shareable image you can download and post
Special note
If you already have 48 or more saved videos, you may automatically qualify for a Free Pass and receive the AI portrait without needing to complete the full streak requirement.
Important things to know
- You must complete at least one pet profile to join the campaign.
- Your 3-day activity streak must be completed within the participation period.
- Portraits will be delivered during the listed portrait delivery dates.
- Eligibility is based on campaign participation requirements.
