Think of it as your personal 24/7 technical expert stationed right next to your Furbo. It proactively diagnoses your signal status and guides you on how to optimize your connection with just a few taps whenever things get a little bumpy.
🛠️ How Does It Work? (Two Convenient Ways)
We’ve designed two ways to activate this feature, making sure help is always there exactly when you need it.
1. Proactive Detection: Your "Early Warning" Assistant
You don’t have to go looking for trouble—Furbo finds it for you! When Furbo detects an unstable connection, it will proactively send a notification to let you know.
When is it triggered?
If the "Live Stream" fails more than 3 times in a single day.
When you open the App and the system detects that your Furbo’s Wi-Fi signal strength is too low.
A Gentle Reminder: To ensure a smooth experience without interruptions, this proactive notification will only appear a maximum of once per day per device.
2. Manual Diagnosis: Launch Anytime from Settings
If you feel the video feed is a bit laggy or the connection isn't as snappy as usual, you can perform a manual check at any time:
The Path: Tap 【Menu】 in the bottom right corner of your App → 【Camera Settings】 → Scroll down to the "Others" category to find 【Furbo Wi-Fi Checker】.

🔍 What Will You See on the Diagnostic Page?
Once you enter the checkup page, the App will instantly refresh and show your current Wi-Fi status. We categorize the signal strength into four levels: Good, Fair, Weak, and Poor.
Signal is "Good" or "Fair": The system will confirm that your connection is stable, giving you total peace of mind.
Signal is "Weak" or "Poor": Don’t worry! The page will provide clear, step-by-step instructions on how to move your Furbo or clear obstacles to bring your signal back to life.
💡 Pro-Tips for Using the Checker
Refresh: After you’ve followed the troubleshooting steps (like moving your Furbo closer to the router), tap "Refresh." The App will re-scan the signal strength so you can see the improvement immediately!
Contact Support: If you’ve tried all the steps and still face connection issues, there is a "Contact Support" button at the bottom. One tap will start a Live Chat with us, allowing our team to jump in and help you even faster.
