Power accessories are not included with the trial camera.

You can use compatible power accessories you already have. Furbo 360° uses a USB-C connection. For the power adapter, use a compatible 5.2V / 2A adapter with at least 10W output.

What does Furbo-Certified Refurbished mean?

The camera included with this offer is pre-owned, not brand new. Each Furbo-Certified Refurbished camera has been fully inspected, tested, and restored to like-new working condition before it is sent to you.

What’s included in the Furbo Nanny plan?

Furbo Nanny adds extra pet-care and monitoring features to your Furbo experience. During the 30-day free trial, you can try features such as Smart Alerts, Video History, Nanny Reports, and other tools and insights that help you know what your pet is doing while you’re away.

The 30 days applies specifically to the free trial of Furbo Nanny. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Furbo Nanny automatically continues on the Standard Yearly Plan at $95.91/year.

Order the offer on Furbo.com and pay the $12 shipping fee.
Sign up using the same email address used for your purchase. Once you complete sign-up for the eligible Furbo Nanny offer, your 30-day free trial is activated.
Set up your Furbo 360° Dog Camera in the Furbo app.
Try Furbo Nanny for 30 days and explore the features available with your free trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Standard Yearly Plan starts automatically at $95.91/year and you can keep the camera.
If you decide not to continue during the trial, cancel and message us so we can arrange the camera return. A $12 return shipping fee applies.

How do I activate my 30-day Furbo Nanny free trial?

Open the Furbo app.
Sign up using the same email address used when you purchased the offer.
Complete the Furbo Nanny sign-up flow. Once sign-up is completed, your 30-day free trial is activated.
Then set up your Furbo 360° Dog Camera and follow the instructions in the app.
If your free trial is not showing, first make sure you signed up using the same email address used for your purchase. If it still does not appear, message us and we’ll help check the account.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

If you do not cancel before your 30-day free trial ends, Furbo Nanny will automatically continue on the Standard Yearly Plan at $95.91/year.

The yearly subscription fee of $95.91 will be charged to the payment method used for the offer, and you can keep using your Furbo camera with Furbo Nanny.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime at furbo.com/account. What happens next depends on when you cancel:

During the 30-day free trial: Furbo Nanny access ends when you cancel. The camera must be returned, and a $12 return shipping fee applies.
After the Standard Yearly Plan has started: cancelling turns off auto-renewal. Furbo Nanny remains active until the end of your current paid subscription period.

How do I cancel during the free trial and return the camera?

Cancel your Furbo Nanny subscription at furbo.com/account.
Message us so we can arrange the return and provide your Furbo prepaid return label.
Pay the $12 return shipping fee.
Pack the Furbo camera and any eligible accessories that need to be returned.
Send the package back using the return label provided by Furbo.
Returns for this offer must go through the Furbo-provided return process. Please do not send the camera back using another courier or your own shipping label.

Important return information

The original $12 shipping fee is not refundable.

If you return the Furbo, a separate $12 return shipping fee covers the prepaid return label we provide.

If you decide not to continue with the trial, the total shipping cost is $24: $12 to receive the camera and $12 to return it. There is no additional cancellation fee.

Please make sure the Furbo is returned within the required return period. If the camera is not returned, additional device charges may apply, and Furbo may disable the device so it can no longer be used or set up.

If you purchased optional accessories with the offer and later decide not to continue, those accessories must also be returned. Once the eligible accessories are returned, the amount paid for those items will be refunded. Shipping fees are not refunded.

What if I want a new camera instead?

The camera included in this offer is Furbo-Certified Refurbished. If you prefer a brand-new Furbo camera, please check the regular Furbo camera options instead. If you already have a Furbo account and want to add another camera, you can also purchase a brand-new Furbo through the regular purchase flow.

What if my Furbo-Certified Refurbished camera isn’t working properly?

Message us and we’ll help check what’s happening. We’ll first troubleshoot the issue. If a replacement is needed under this offer, we’ll help arrange the applicable Furbo-Certified Refurbished replacement and guide you through the next steps.
