Which Amazon purchases include six months of Furbo Nanny?
Eligible Prepaid offers are available for the Furbo 360° Dog Camera, Furbo Mini 360°, and Furbo Mini. Ensure that the Amazon listing for the camera you purchased specifically states that six months of Furbo Nanny are included. Other Furbo offers on Amazon can have different subscription terms.

How do I activate the included six months of Furbo Nanny?
- Open the Furbo App and create or sign in to your Furbo account.
- Follow the instructions to set up your new Furbo camera.
- When the Prepaid activation screen appears, select Connect card.
- Add your payment method and complete activation.
The included six-month Furbo Nanny period starts when you activate the plan. The payment method is kept on file for renewal after the included period; connecting it does not charge you again for the six months paid for with your Amazon purchase.
What if I already have an existing Furbo Nanny Plan?
Set up your eligible Prepaid camera using your existing Furbo account. If you already have an active Furbo Nanny subscription, the included 6 months will be applied based on your current plan:
- Monthly plan: Your subscription will be upgraded to a 6-month plan. After activation, your subscription will renew every 6 months.
- Yearly or 2-year plan: Your current renewal cycle will stay the same. The included 6 months will be added to your current subscription, extending your next renewal date by 6 months.
The 6-month extension is applied during the initial activation of your eligible Prepaid camera.
What if I already have another Furbo camera?
When you activate your Prepaid Furbo camera using your existing Furbo account, all eligible Furbo cameras linked to the same account will have access to Furbo Nanny features under your subscription.
For each additional Furbo camera on your account, a $2/month Additional Camera Fee applies.
During initial activation: The Additional Camera Fee is waived, so you will not be charged the $2/month fee immediately.
At your next subscription renewal: The $2/month fee for each additional camera will be included in your renewal charge.
Example: If you have 3 Furbo cameras on your account, the first camera is included in your subscription and the other 2 cameras are considered additional cameras. At renewal, the Additional Camera Fee will be $4/month ($2 × 2 additional cameras), charged according to your subscription's billing cycle.
What if I cannot see the included six months?
Check that your Amazon purchase is an eligible Prepaid offer, that you have set up the camera in the Furbo App, and that you completed the Prepaid activation steps. If the included period still does not appear, message Furbo Support so the team can check your camera and subscription. You do not need to buy another subscription to claim the six months included with an eligible purchase.
