Whenever your Furbo detects an important pet-related event, a 15-second video clip is recorded. These clips are retained and made available on your app for a period of 1, 3, or 7 days, depending on your subscription plan. You can access and view them using the steps provided below:
- Go to your Furbo app’s home screen, tap "Videos", on the lower part of your screen, (All, Barking/Meowing, Activity, Person, Selfie, Emergency, Vomit Alerts) are grouped together here by category.
- Scroll and tap the “PLAY” icon (▷) that you wish to playback with your Furbo app.
Note:
- Audio recording reminder: If Video History is turned on, your Furbo will record both video and sound. Audio capture is automatic and can’t be disabled separately.
- Availability of Video History may vary depending on the type of device you have. For your reference, here's an overview of Video History availability per product type.
- Furbo won’t record video history while you’re in Live View
