Furbo Nanny's Video History clips are available in your app for 1, 3, or 7 days, depending on your subscription plan. After this retention period has passed, the clips will be automatically deleted from your Furbo App and the cloud. You can download the videos at any time before they are deleted.
If you wish to delete a video, you may follow these steps. Please note that this action cannot be undone, and it will be deleted from the cloud as well.
Delete 1 Specific Video History
- Go to your Furbo App’s home screen, then tap "Videos", and select the type of Video History you wish to see (All, Barking/Meowing, Pet Activity, Person, Selfie, Emergency).
- Scroll and choose the video that you wish to delete.
- Tap the (⋮) Icon on that video. On the upper right of the video.
- A pop-up message will appear, tap “DELETE” to remove that Video History clips.
Multiple Delete
- Go to your Furbo App’s home screen, then tap "Videos", and select the type of Video History you wish to see (All, Barking/Meowing, Pet Activity, Person, Selfie, Emergency).
- You can also filter the view using the sub tab.
- Tap the "Delete" icon on the upper right corner of the page.
- Select the Video History you wish to delete by tapping on the check box on the right side of the Video History.
- Or to delete all, tap the “Select All” check box on the upper left corner of the page.
- Tap “Delete” and confirm Delete.
Delete Continuous Barking
- Go to your Furbo App’s home screen, then tap "Videos", and tap the Barking/Meowing Icon on the Video History Section.
- Tap Continuous Barking/Meowing sub tab.
- Choose the Continuous Barking/Meowing logs that you wish to delete.
- Tap the Delete Icon on the upper right corner of the page.
- Select the Barking/Meowing videos you wish to delete by tapping on the check box on the right side of the video clips.
Note: After deleting a specific video from the set of Barking/Meowing videos, other videos will be transferred to the Barking/Meowing section instead of Continuous Barking/Meowing. - Or to delete all, tap the “Select All” check box on the upper left corner of the page.
- Tap “Delete” and confirm Delete.
