To Create a New account:

You will need an email address you have access to when creating a Furbo account.

1. While on your Furbo’s login page, tap the “New Furbo User”.
2. Enter your desired email and password.
3. Tap “Sign Up” once you’re all set.

Activating 2 Step Verification

After creating an account, activate the 2 step verification for added security.

1. Click continue to send the verification code to your email.
   
   
2. Go to your inbox to get the verification code, enter the code and click Submit.
   

Once you have created an account and activate the 2-step verification you will be asked to set up your new Furbo. To learn more, go to: "Set Up New Furbo"

How to Share your Furbo Account

To share your Furbo account with your family members and friends, simply share your user name and password with them. To protect your privacy, Furbo will only correspond to one set of email/account and password.

Login Shared account

To login the shared account to your family and friends, simply advice them to download the Furbo app on their mobile device. Then, follow the guide below, enter your Furbo email and password.
