A ‘hard reset’ of your Furbo Mini/Furbo Mini 360° disconnects it from the Wi-Fi network, forgets the Wi-Fi network, and allows you to enter setup mode once again.

If your Furbo Mini was previously set up, you also need to 'remove Furbo' from your account after doing a hard reset to ensure it can be successfully set up in the future.

How to Reset Your Furbo

• Furbo Mini 360° (rotating model):

  Press and hold the reset button located under the device until the light starts blinking yellow.

• Furbo Mini (non-rotating model):

  Use a pin to press and hold the reset button for 5–10 seconds, until the light starts blinking yellow.

Remove Furbo Camera from your account:

1. Go to your Furbo app’s home screen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the bottom right.
2. Choose the Furbo Camera you wish to remove.
3. Tap “Remove Device” at the lower end of your screen.

Once removed, you will be free to go through a fresh setup process for your device.
