How to purchase additional camera with current subscription

Want to add another Furbo camera to your home? You can easily purchase an additional device and link it to your existing Furbo account or plan.

1. Login to your Furbo account on this link: https://furbo.com/account to directly see the Upgrade plan offer. You can upgrade to a higher plan and get a discounted Furbo Camera
2. Click Explore other plans.
3. Choose to keep or upgrade your Furbo Nanny Plan.
   
4. Choose the Subscription Term and your add-on Furbo Camera.
5. Review the order, then complete the checkout.
6. After checking out, the remaining time on your existing plan will be added to your new plan’s duration.

Note: Each additional Furbo Camera will cost an additional $2/month on your Furbo Nanny subscription.

Understanding Your Charge When Adding Another Furbo Camera

When you add a new Furbo Camera to an existing subscription, your total charge may include two components:

Top-Up Fee

If you still have time remaining on your current subscription, you only pay for the additional camera coverage for the rest of your current billing period.

This prorated charge is called a Top-Up Fee and ensures your new camera is covered immediately without restarting your subscription.

Commitment Fee

When purchasing or activating additional cameras, a Commitment Fee may also apply.

The Commitment Fee provides prepaid subscription coverage for your newly added cameras and extends the renewal date for all cameras under your account. The length of the commitment depends on the number of cameras being added.

Why Does My Renewal Date Change?

The Commitment Fee adds prepaid subscription time to your account. As a result, your next renewal date may be pushed further into the future.

Example

If you have an active subscription and add additional cameras:

• You may be charged a prorated Top-Up Fee for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.
• You may also be charged a Commitment Fee that prepays future subscription coverage for the newly added cameras.
• Your subscription renewal date will be extended based on the prepaid coverage added to your account.

The exact amount charged depends on:

• Your current subscription plan
• The number of cameras being added
• The time remaining in your current billing cycle
• Any applicable promotions or discounts
