When you disable Person Detection, Furbo will stop sending person alerts and won’t record videos triggered by people.
Note: Audio is recorded together with video clips. It’s not possible to disable audio separately — turning off Person Detection will disable both video and audio recordings, as well as person alerts.

For trial users and new Furbo Nanny subscribers: Person Detection is off by default.

For existing subscribers: The setting will follow your previous preference (either on or off).
To Disable Person Detection:
- While on your Furbo’s homescreen, tap the “MENU button (☰) on the lower right corner of your screen.
- Choose the Furbo Camera you wish to modify.
- Go to Smart Alerts.
- Tap the switch on the type of notification that you wish to turn on/off. Blue means its turned on. Then, Confirm Disable.
Once disabled, you will stop getting person alerts and Video History related to Person detection.
