The Instant Update feature in your Nanny Assistant helps you stay informed about your pet's daily activities with smart, personalized summaries.
Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of it.
What Is Instant Update?
Instant Update gives you a summary of your pet’s activity through Nanny Chat, including video clips and insights tailored to how long it’s been since your last check-in.
⏱ Summary Timing:
- Over 8 Hours Ago – Full report with up to 5 videos
- 4–8 Hours Ago – Condensed summary with up to 5 videos
- Within 4 Hours – Short update with up to 3 videos
- Less than 10 Minutes – No update will be shown
Note: You'll get these updates after a check-in or automatically at 7 PM every day.
If there are no new activities to report, you’ll receive a reassuring message like:
“Archie has been doing great!”
Types of Updates You May Receive
Here's what you might see in your Nanny Chat or notifications:
1. Pet in View Your pet is currently in Furbo's field of view.

2. Pet Out of View Furbo hasn't seen your pet for a while. They might just be in another room.

3. Pet Resting Your pet is in view, but not moving much — likely taking a nap.

4. Furbo Turned Off Furbo was manually turned off (via schedule or Home Page).
