Getting Started

1. Go to the Furbo App and create a Pet Profile for each of your pets.

   • Upload a clear, high-quality photo of your pet: To improve recognition accuracy, please ensure your pet's face and part of their body are visible. A front-facing view is preferred (but not required), and the photo should clearly show their fur color and unique features.

   • One pet per photo: For the best results, please upload a photo with only one pet. Avoid images with multiple pets or people to ensure accurate identification.
