Your Furbo Nanny subscription is linked to your Furbo account, not to a specific camera.
To move your subscription from your old Furbo to a new one, you’ll need to set up your new Furbo using the same account that currently has the active subscription.
⚠️ Subscriptions can’t be transferred directly online — but don’t worry!
You can easily move it by following the steps below.
Transfering Subscription
Step 1: Unbind Your Old Furbo
- Log in to your Furbo app using the account with the active Furbo Nanny subscription.
- From your Furbo app's home screen. Tap the "☰" on the lower right corner of the screen.
- Tap the old Furbo camera that you want to remove.
- Tap "Remove Device" and confirm to unbind the old Furbo.
Step 2: Set Up Your New Furbo
- Plug in your New Furbo and wait until the light turns Blinking Yellow(Newer Furbo model)/ Green(Older Furbo).
Note: If the light won't turn blinking yellow or green, hard reset your Furbo by pressing the reset button under your Furbo. - Log in to the same Furbo account that has your active subscription. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete setup.
Furbo Nanny Subscription on multiple Furbo Camera
To enjoy Furbo Nanny Subscription on multiple Camera, you can upgrade to Furbo Nanny Standard or Premium Plans.
You can easily make changes or upgrades through your Furbo Account Management page.
Upgrade Options
You can:
- Switch from a Monthly Plan to an Annual to 2-years Plan
- Switch from a Single-Camera (Basic) Plan to a Multi-Camera (Standard/Premium) Plan
