This article explains how to manage your Furbo Nanny subscription when you have more than one Furbo camera. You’ll learn how to:
- Add a subscription for another camera
- Switch your subscription from one camera to another
- Understand what options are available based on your current plan
What Does “Add” or “Switch” Mean?
Add a camera to your subscription
If you have additional Furbo cameras on your account, you can use the Add camera feature to give them access to your Furbo Nanny subscription.
Switch your subscription to another camera
If you already have a subscription but want to move it from one Furbo camera to another, you can switch which camera is covered—no need to buy a new subscription. No prorated or additional charge.
Who Can Manage Camera Subscriptions?
You’ll see subscription management options in the Furbo app if:
- You are an active Furbo Nanny subscriber (Basic, Standard, or Premium)
- Not all of your cameras are currently activated under your subscription
If all cameras are already activated, you won’t see subscription management options in the app.
How to Access Subscription Management
- Open the Furbo App
- Go to Account
- Tap Manage subscription
- Select Manage camera subscription
If Furbo Nanny is already active on all of your Furbo Cameras
- There will be no Manage camera subscription option since all cameras are already activated.
If Furbo Nanny is not yet active on all of you Furbo Cameras, you can:
- Add a camera (add coverage for an extra camera)
- Switch subscription (move coverage to another camera)
To Add Camera to Your Subscription
- Choose the camera that you wish to add
- Tap Next
- Then, tap Complete checkout
Important notes
- The change takes effect immediately
- You’ll only be charged for the remaining days in your current billing cycle (prorated)
- If you’re on a Basic plan, you may be asked to upgrade your plan first before adding a camera
- If you have Subscription required Furbo, you can also click "Activate all cameras" button to add all Furbo to your Nanny Subscrption.
To Switch Your Subscription to Another Camera
- Deselect the Furbo camera that currently has the subscription.
- Select the new Furbo camera that you want to receive Furbo Nanny coverage.
- Tap Update to confirm the change
- The switch happens immediately
- No extra charge is applied as long as the total number of covered cameras stays the same

- Moved a camera to a new location
- Want to change which camera receives Furbo Nanny features
